Position Summary

The Property Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring Royall Stays properties are inspection-ready, guest-ready, and operationally excellent. This role blends property inspections, task management, software proficiency, guest communication, and interdepartmental coordination.

You will work closely with Operations, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Property Management teams to uphold company standards and deliver a five-star experience.


Key Responsibilities

Office & Team Integration

  • Learn office procedures, key management, and lock-up protocols
  • Navigate internal resources including HelpDesk and Slack channels
  • Collaborate across departments (Operations, Reservations, STR, Individual, etc.)
  • Participate in property walkthroughs and field training

Software & Systems Proficiency

You will be trained and expected to become proficient in:

Property Management & Task Systems

  • Feather
    • Search and manage listings, reservations, and guest information
    • Create, assign, and track tasks
    • Manage inspection and housekeeping workflows
    • Utilize inventory and expense tracking
    • Understand multi-calendar views and reservation color codes
    • Attach tasks to reservations for accountability
