Description
Luxury Beach Rentals is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental homes are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready. This role is essential to delivering excellent guest experiences through quality inspections, light maintenance, inventory checks, and operational support.
This is a seasonal position with potential for permanent full time.
Responsibilities
• Travel between assigned vacation rental properties to conduct routine and as-needed inspections
• Inspect homes for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance prior to guest arrivals
• Confirm appliances, electronics, lighting, locks, and HVAC settings are functioning properly
• Perform minor maintenance (light bulbs, small fixes, basic troubleshooting)
• Identify and report larger maintenance issues to maintenance teams or vendors
• Manage and restock property inventory (linens, toiletries, supplies)
• Prepare and stage properties to meet Luxury Beach Rentals' quality standards
• Deliver requested items to guests during their stay
• Prepare and deliver guest welcome packets when needed
• Run occasional errands such as supply runs or post office pickups
• Document inspection results, photos, and notes accurately
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Reliable personal transportation required (no company vehicle provided)
• Ability to travel between multiple properties throughout the workday
• Ability to work flexible hours between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to approximately 30 lbs (linens, supplies, small items)
Schedule
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 9-5 PM and 10-6 PM shifts available
• Weekends required
