Job description

Seacrest Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a portfolio of condominium associations within Century Village Deerfield Beach. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison and advisor to multiple Boards of Directors, providing guidance on association governance, policies, and operations.
  • Prepare for, attend, and facilitate board meetings, annual meetings, budget meetings, and elections.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with board members, homeowners, and residents.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and community reviews to ensure compliance with governing documents and association standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects, vendor services, and property improvements.
  • Monitor compliance with Florida Statute Chapter 718 and association governing documents.
  • Process and oversee architectural review requests, sales and lease applications, and community compliance matters.
  • Assist Boards with budget preparation and financial planning, and review monthly financial and delinquency reports.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams and legal counsel regarding collections and financial matters.
  • Monitor contracts, expenditures, and vendor performance to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers, verifying licensing and insurance as required.
  • Respond to emergencies and assist with storm preparation and recovery efforts.
  • Oversee community projects and maintenance initiatives from start to completion.
Qualifications
  • Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of community association management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of condominium operations, board governance, and Florida association laws.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Experience managing condominium portfolios (preferred).
  • Experience with Vantaca or similar association management software (preferred).
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) (preferred).
  • Basic Spanish or Haitian Creole language skills are a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, conflict resolution, and diplomacy skills.
  • Experience with property review and inspection, time management, and calendar coordination.
  • Financial analysis and budget review abilities.
  • Professionalism under pressure, with attention to detail and follow-through.
