Description
Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking Part-Time Daytime Cleaners for a premier apartment community in Nashville, TN.
Shift: Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour
Position Summary
Corporate Cleaning Group is looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to help maintain a clean, welcoming apartment community. This daytime position focuses on scheduled cleaning of common areas and amenities throughout the property.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, work efficiently as part of a team, and understand the importance of creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and property staff.
What You Will Do
  • Common Area Cleaning - Clean and maintain lobbies, resident amenity spaces, mail/package areas, coworking areas, fitness areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other shared spaces according to the assigned cleaning schedule.
  • Floor Care - Vacuum carpets and mats and sweep and mop hard-surface flooring.
  • Restroom Cleaning - Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, fixtures, and floors and restock restroom supplies.
  • Surface Cleaning & Dusting - Dust and wipe furniture, counters, desks, baseboards, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces.
  • Glass & Detail Cleaning - Clean mirrors, interior glass, glass doors, elevator surfaces, and other high-visibility areas.
  • Trash Removal - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout assigned areas.
  • Amenity Care - Help maintain fitness, resident, office, model, pet spa, and other community spaces according to the assigned schedule.
  • Operational Excellence - Follow Job Cards, complete assigned task checklists, communicate any issues, and help ensure the community is always inspection-ready.
  • Teamwork - Work efficiently alongside your cleaning partner and Day Porter to ensure the property's cleaning needs are completed to Corporate Cleaning Group standards.
