Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing a personal lines book of business, which consists of standard market personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO
Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal lines book of business consisting of 300-400 accounts.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to quote new and renewal business as needed.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with assistants and other team members to ensure efficient handling of COIs, applications, and other administrative tasks.
  • Participate in training sessions and adapt to new technologies, including AI implementations.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an independent insurance agency (2+ years preferred). Experience with AMS360 software is a plus.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
