Job description

Why this role exists
Every homeowner deserves clarity, confidence, and control over their biggest asset. Most don't have it until they meet a Property Advisor. Demand for Revive's programs is accelerating as homeowners and real estate agents look for smarter ways to renovate, sell, and unlock equity. They come to Revive for trusted expertise-someone who can assess a property, design the right strategy, and guide them through complex, high-stakes decisions.
This role exists because Revive's growth depends on exceptional client experience and disciplined execution. Property Advisors run their own book of business. You own the client relationship from first conversation through completed project, shape strategy, manage an active pipeline, and drive revenue through trust, clarity, and follow-through. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, autonomy, and direct impact on both client outcomes and company performance.
What you will do
  • Own individual revenue performance and manage a personal pipeline across Revive product offerings
  • Lead the full client journey from initial consultation through contract execution and project handoff, with accountability for outcomes
  • Engage and convert inbound homeowner and real estate agent leads into qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship development
  • Conduct consultative discovery to assess client needs, financial goals, property conditions, and suitability for Revive solutions
  • Design and present property strategies, including scope, budget, timeline, and expected ROI
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification and proposal through objection handling, negotiation, and close
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate to homeowners and real estate agents throughout the decision-making process
  • Clearly communicate Revive's value proposition, product options, and financial outcomes with confidence and professionalism
  • Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing opportunities, structuring solutions, and advancing deals toward close
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and long-term relationship nurturing with prospects, customers, and referral partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, construction, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Accurately document opportunities, communications, and deal progress in HubSpot CRM
  • Generate referral business through professional networks, past customers, and industry relationships
  • Own your market performance-revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction define success

Who you are
  • You think like an owner: accountable, proactive, and results-driven
  • You thrive in autonomy and take full responsibility for your clients and outcomes
  • You're confident leading high-stakes financial and real estate conversations with empathy and authority
  • You communicate clearly, anticipate client needs, and build lasting trust
  • You're strategic, balancing numbers, timelines, and relationships
  • You care deeply about execution, not just vision or ideas
  • You're disciplined, organized, and consistent in how you manage your work
  • You're motivated by impact, growth, and long-term career development

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in consultative sales, client advisory, real estate, or a related field
  • Proven success managing a book of business or high-value client portfolio
  • Strong business acumen and comfort discussing financial analysis, ROI, and project scope
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Real estate license preferred, but not required

About Revive Real Estate
Revive is a venture-backed proptech company built on the belief that the future starts at home. While most people see renovation as a project, we built it as a path to real wealth for homeowners. By connecting renovation with financing and selling, we create new ways to buy, sell, and unlock value, giving homeowners real control over their biggest asset.
At Revive, ownership is real and impact is visible. We move fast, challenge broken systems, and hold a high bar for clarity and outcomes. If you want to work on problems that matter and see your work translate into real-world change, this is where you will do your best work.
What we offer
  • Competitive salary & benefits in a high-growth, VC-backed company
  • Real ownership, clear accountability, and the authority to make decisions that matter
  • Direct working relationships with Revive's founders and senior leaders on initiatives that shape how the company grows
  • The opportunity to design and build in a company where craft, clarity, and outcomes are valued
  • A fast-moving environment where strong work leads to more responsibility and more opportunity
  • Flexibility in how and where you work, paired with high expectations for impact
  • A culture that values contribution, judgment, and follow-through over titles or tenure

Revive is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on contribution, capability, and alignment with how we work.
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 140,000 USD per year (Irvine, CA)
