Job description

BMOC, Inc. is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The Reserve Student Living in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This is a Limited-Term Employment (LTE) position expected to run through October 2026, with the greatest need during our busy leasing and move-in season.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain experience in property management and student housing.

Position Summary

The Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with leasing, resident relations, marketing, administrative tasks, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, dependable, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person.
  • Follow up with prospective residents and assist in converting leads into signed leases.
  • Prepare leases, renewals, and resident documents using Entrata property management software.
  • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and resident orientations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and their families.
  • Maintain resident files and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, social media content, and community events.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and resident concerns.
  • Assist with rent collection, notices, and general administrative duties.
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, sales, leasing, hospitality, or office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Schedule
  • Part-time (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends during peak leasing and move-in periods.
