Job Highlights:

Join Propel Autism as a Clinical Supervisor!

Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to bring our mission of transformative care for children with Autism to life! If you are a BCBA looking to collaborate with other highly-skilled team members in an environment that promotes continuous development, clinical excellence and compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:

  • Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
  • Supervise, support and nurture RBT's and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
  • Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child's goals and achievements.

Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

You will need:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable license to practice within Georgia
  • 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
