Overnight - Luxury Hotel Bell/Valet Attendant

Pay: $18.00 per hour ($17.00 base pay + $1.00 Night Differential) Plus TIPS!

Job Type: Overnight Valet Attendant - Full Time

Location: Downtown Sacramento CA

Shift & Schedule: Graveyard Shifts (must be available to work on weekends)

About the Role

At Propark Mobility, we know the valet stand is often a guest’s very first interaction with the hotel — a moment that sets the tone for their entire stay.

As a Hotel Valet Attendant at a luxury Sacramento property, you’ll create a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience defined by attentiveness, care, and professionalism.

This is a guest-facing role for someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in presentation, and delivers hospitality with confidence and warmth. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with immediate start dates.

Overnight Responsibilities Include:

  • Remain fully awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire overnight shift, ready to assist guests promptly at any hour.
  • Maintain a visible, reliable presence at the valet stand during low-traffic periods.
  • Monitor the drive/entry area for guest arrivals, departures, and safety, escalating concerns to leadership as needed.
  • Ensure the valet area stays orderly and guest-ready for early-morning arrivals.
  • Provide the same calm, elevated hospitality overnight as you would during peak hours.

Basic Valet Role:

  • Greet every guest with a warm smile and polished, professional welcome.
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and with care.
  • Communicate parking rates and retrieval instructions clearly and courteously.
  • Conduct quick vehicle inspections before and after parking, following company guidelines.
  • Maintain a sharp uniform appearance and uphold Propark’s elevated service standards.
  • Help resolve guest questions or concerns with calm, positive problem-solving.
  • Stay active throughout your shift — standing, walking, jogging when needed, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Support daily operations with light cleaning, organization, or special projects as requested.

Must-Haves

  • Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Energetic, friendly, and comfortable working outdoors.
  • Able to stand, walk, and move quickly for most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, guest-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying composed and attentive.
