This is a remote role, but you MUST be located in Arizona.

- Develop and monitor student ECAP
- Review and monitor student progress towards graduation
- Provide students with organization, study, and testing skills
- Provide support and interventions for academically at-risk students
- Develop scholarship and college admissions resources for students
- Support student decision making skills to develop life-long learners
- Actively participate in Student Study Teams, 504, and IEP process
- Participate in crisis interventions involving individual students, families, and school
- Refer students/parents to community agencies, programs, or specialists as appropriate
- Develop referral resources for students, parents, and staff
- Other duties as required to meet the needs of students
The Successful Candidate possesses:
- A current Arizona Guidance Counselor certificate
- 3+ years of full-time experience as a K-5 Guidance Counselor
- High level of comfort with Microsoft applications and the latest technologies
- Online experience preferred
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
