Job description

Own the Relationships. Own the Room.

MyFundedFutures isn't just another prop firm. We're building the brand that funded traders actually want to rep, and that means owning the partnerships, vendors, and events that put us in front of the right people at the right moments. We move fast, we ship bold, and we don't do boring. If you're someone who can walk into a room, spot the right relationship, and turn it into something that actually moves the business, we want to talk to you.

The partnerships we build and the vendors we choose directly shape how the business runs and how the brand shows up in the world. This role owns both sides of that equation, from the corporate partners we align with to the events where we make our presence known.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify targets, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage the relationship long after ink dries
  • Build and run a pipeline of strategic partners across corporate/brand partnerships, fintech vendors, and industry organizations
  • Plan and manage our presence at industry events and conferences, from sponsorships to booth logistics to who we're meeting while we're there
  • Structure deals that make sense for both sides: sponsorship, co-marketing, integrations, licensing, whatever gets the right partner to yes
  • Partner directly with Marketing and Executive leadership to align partnerships and event strategy with brand and growth priorities
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships that affect day-to-day operations, not just external-facing partnerships
  • Represent us externally: industry events, vendor calls, and everywhere our name should be showing up
  • Turn relationships into recurring value: track performance, report on ROI, and know when to double down or walk away
  • Stay plugged into prop trading culture, competitor partnerships, and where the industry is headed before everyone else catches on
What You Bring
  • A track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership, vendor, or event deals, ideally in fintech, trading, or a related industry
  • Comfort owning a pipeline: you know your targets, your close rate, and what's needed to hit priorities
  • Sharp negotiation instincts, you can hold your own with vendors, event organizers, and corporate partners alike
  • Experience planning and executing at industry events or conferences, from strategy through on-the-ground logistics
  • Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
  • Speed without sacrificing judgment. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
  • Strong relationship-building instincts: you know how to keep a partner warm and how to know when a deal's gone cold
  • Comfort with ambiguity, multiple concurrent priorities, and things that shift daily
  • A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where the best idea wins, not the loudest title
Bonus Points
  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or B2B partnerships
  • Existing network in the trading, futures, or funded trading industry
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts or managing vendor relationships end-to-end
  • A track record of partnerships or events that moved a real growth metric, not just a logo on a slide
Why Us
  • Ground-floor opportunity to build and own partnerships, vendors, and events at one of the fastest-growing names in funded futures trading
  • A team that moves with startup speed and cares about doing things right
  • Real ownership: your relationships will directly shape how the business operates and how the brand shows up
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • A culture built on edge, execution, and no fluff
