Job Description / Job Duties

Serve as the Marketing Manager's right hand

Create, edit, and proofread copy for various marketing channels for all branches of DSI

Input data into CRM database, templates for proposals, organizational charts, project data sheets and more.

Be responsible for the day-to-day efforts to support the overall company

Assist with developing and managing content for marketing efforts and company

Organization of files

Coordinate relationships with internal and external individuals to enhance the DSI vision.

Coordinate the company marketing calendar with upcoming deadlines, proposals, etc.

Help coordinate marketing materials for jobs fairs, etc.

Assist with proofreading and different branch efforts+


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a fast past administrative and/or marketing/communications role

Must have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in Adobe In-Design

Computer savvy, meaning you can operate and function in all programs quickly.

Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as outstanding proofreading skills

Self-starter, able to work independently and as a team.

Able to prioritize task and meet deadlines

Occasional travel maybe required
