CDL A Trainees No Touch Full Benefits 1200 to 1500 After Training

(Full Time)

Types of Jobs:

OTR Van

Class A Recent Graduates run 100% no touch freight with starting pay .55CPM with average miles of 2500-2800 comes to $1200-$1500/WK - again all no touch.

Drivers this is 100% no driver touch and over 50% drop n hook with drivers running primarily East of I-35 but may go further out.

Drivers are home every other week for two days.

Trainees are paid $800 to $900/WK and must complete 250-300 hours behind the wheel to go solo which then they will start at .55CPM

Trainees must be willing to run OTR for training period due to lack of trainers on this account.

Once driver is solo can have a dog and rider from day one may not have either during training

Requirements:

Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL

Drivers may not have more than two moving violations in the last three years and may not have any major moving violations (such as 15+, following too closely, reckless, careless, etc) in the last 12 months

No more than one Preventable DOT Accident in the last two years as long as not a major accident such as rollover and jackknife which must be five years old.

No more than 3 preventable incidents (such as in parking lot or backing at a customer) in the last 3 years and no more than 3 incidents and DOT Preventable accidents in the last 3 years

Drivers may not have more than one DUI in the last five years and never failed a DOT Drug test.

Criminal Records will be reviewed but no convictions for felony for last five years and misdemeanor in the last 3 years
