Job Summary
As an AI Enablement Vice President, you will lead programs and initiatives within the CCB Risk AI portfolio by partnering with stakeholders to understand business workflows, ideate and prioritize solutions, build roadmaps, and drive delivery. You will serve as the connective thread across teams as solutions move from concept to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with partners across the organization; learn how teams work today and where the biggest pain points are; translate findings into clear problem definitions and solution requirements.
  • Drive execution across the solution lifecycle: define scope, develop roadmaps, manage risks and issues.
  • Manage competing priorities across stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with technical teams to drive solutions from proof of concept to implementation.
  • Support governance and reporting of the AI portfolio, driving adherence to standards.
  • Coordinate with teams across the bank developing related AI solutions to identify integration opportunities, avoid duplication, and leverage enterprise capabilities.
  • Support GenAI adoption and enablement across CCB Risk, including rolling out tools and measuring adoption and outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 7+ years of demonstrated program and project management delivery with complex initiatives in a matrixed environment; experience operating effectively through influence.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and ambiguity is common.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication and executive presence.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with a track record of taking issues to closure and escalating when needed.
  • Proven ability to learn new business domains quickly and translate effectively between technical and business audiences.
  • Experience with and passion for innovation including GenAI and Agentic solutions; intellectually curious.
  • Experience using GenAI tools to accelerate your own work and create efficiency; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Results-driven mindset; focused on delivering meaningful impact for our organization.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience in financial services, consumer lending products, and/or risk management workflows.
  • Track record of conducting business process discovery and translating findings into actionable solution proposals.
  • Exposure to data science, analytics, or modeling environments, with enough context to partner effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience scaling AI or GenAI solutions across large organizations.
  • Experience managing change across large teams; leads with empathy and builds trust through the transition.
  • Ability to define and report portfolio-level metrics that clearly communicate progress and impact.
