Vous rejoindrez une équipe qui développe et fait évoluer des solutions d'IA générative basées sur les LLM et Google Cloud Platform, avec un rôle clé dans leur optimisation, leur fiabilité et leur évolution au sein de l'organisation. Mission En tant qu'AI Engineer, vous serez responsable de la fiabilité, de l'évolution et de l'optimisation des solutions d'intelligence artificielle déployées sur Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Vous travaillerez principalement sur des applications basées sur les Large Language Models (LLM) et contribuerez à leur performance, leur évolutivité et leur adoption par les équipes d'affaires. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'amélioration continue des plateformes IA en collaborant avec les équipes de développement, d'infrastructure et les utilisateurs internes afin d'assurer des solutions robustes, performantes et sécurisées. Responsabilités Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des solutions d'intelligence artificielle hébergées sur Google Cloud Platform. Superviser les performances des modèles, pipelines et services IA afin de garantir leur disponibilité et leur fiabilité. Déployer et gérer les mises à jour des modèles, des dépendances et des environnements GCP. Concevoir et exécuter les stratégies de validation et de tests des solutions IA après chaque évolution. Optimiser les performances des applications IA par le prompt engineering, le fine-tuning et l'amélioration continue des pipelines. Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture des solutions afin d'améliorer leur scalabilité, leur sécurité et leur résilience. Mettre en place et maintenir les bonnes pratiques MLOps, CI/CD et gestion des versions des modèles. Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques afin de favoriser l'adoption et la compréhension des solutions IA. Participer à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités d'amélioration et d'innovation autour des technologies d'intelligence artificielle. Votre profil Minimum de 5 années d'expérience dans un rôle d'AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, MLOps Engineer ou similaire. Solide expérience avec Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Expérience concrète avec les Large Language Models (LLM) : Prompt Engineering Fine-tuning Évaluation des modèles Gestion des versions Excellente maîtrise de Python. Expérience avec les outils d'intégration et de déploiement continus (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build ou équivalent). Bonne compréhension des pratiques MLOps et de l'automatisation des pipelines ML. Expérience dans le déploiement et le support de solutions IA en environnement de production. Capacité à résoudre des problématiques complexes de façon autonome. Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer avec des équipes techniques et d'affaires. Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, intelligence artificielle, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
