Algonquin Wolves Promotion Team


Reports To: Manager, Athletic Operations - Varsity

Mission: To create an environment that inspires a passion for student success.


Desired Results of the Position:

  • The promotion and execution of all Wolves Athletic-related events and activities.


Nature and Scope

Reporting to the Manager, Athletic Operations-Varsity, the Wolves Promotion Team is responsible for the promotion of the Wolves varsity teams at the Woodroffe Campus and for assisting with the varsity game day operations. Promote and create excitement and engagement from the Algonquin student body and community.


Job Duties

  • Assist in the promotion and execution of all Wolves Athletic related events and activities.
  • Carry out Algonquin Wolves promo campaigns on campus.
  • Be well-informed of varsity events.
  • Setup and takedown of tables, tents, and signage.
  • Execute promotional activities and contests during game breaks with spectators.
  • The selling of Wolves promotional items.
  • Update to social media under direction.
  • Filming of game events as required.
  • Implement a high standard of customer service skills.
  • Available to work a flexible work week and attend all varsity home games.
  • Play music during games.
  • General duties as assigned.
