This role focuses on creating and implementing content, managing promotional activities, conducting marketing audits, and generating traffic to boost sales efforts. You will work closely with property teams and regional managers, ensuring that marketing campaigns run smoothly and meet the company's goals. Key Responsibilities: Support for Marketing Manager:1. Content Creation & Video Production:• Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, community videos, and promotional materials to enhance property branding.• Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots for resident events, property tours, and marketing campaigns.2. Event Coordination & Resident Engagement:• Plan and execute onsite resident retention events to drive community participation and improve retention.• Collaborate with property teams on creative resident appreciation initiatives and promotional activities.3. Marketing Audits & Property Branding:• Conduct regular marketing audits at properties to ensure website functionality and branding consistency across signage, collateral, and digital platforms.• Provide actionable feedback to property teams to improve leasing materials and enhance the resident experience.4.
