GRAPHIC ARTIST


The Graphic Artist is responsible for a wide variety of designs on websites, social media, and other digital platforms. The employee holding this position should be experienced in delivering creative ideas and following through to content creation and distribution. With direct oversight the Graphic Designer will showcase Company by creating designs aligned with Company's branding and voice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create visually compelling designs for websites, social media, and various digital platforms that align with client requirements and Company branding.

Collaborate with clients to understand project objectives and translate them into creative concepts.

Develop rough drafts and present ideas for review, incorporating feedback to refine designs until final approval.

Contribute to a collaborative environment ensuring all designs meet high standards of quality and creativity.

Perform other related duties as assigned.


COMPETENCIES

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), must have experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) to create detailed technical drawings, and other relevant design software.

Strong understanding of print, electronic, and digital media with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field, with a portfolio demonstrating creative skills and proficiency in graphic design.

Familiarity with marketing concepts and adherence to branding guidelines.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree in Graphic Design or a related field such as Fine Arts or Illustration

At least three years of experience


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work at a desk for extended periods and operate a computer.

Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds when necessary.
