What are promotions in the workplace?

This usually comes with increased responsibilities, higher pay, and additional benefits. Promotions are often awarded based on performance, experience, and the needs of the organization. They are a key part of career development and employee motivation. Organizations may have formal processes or criteria for deciding who gets promoted.

Balancing creative ideas with budget constraints and ensuring clear communication across teams can also be demanding.
