  • This role is responsible for providing experience excellence for the guest in their respective location. The store clerk is responsible for taking care of the guest with their purchases, inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a kind demeanor. The store clerk is responsible for providing exceptional service that exceeds the guest's expectations.
  • This role is responsible for completing tasks delegated to them from the daily checklist and making sure each task is complete. The Store Clerk is responsible for assigned cleaning/merchandising tasks on the salesfloor as well as maintaining a consistent positive presence for the guest.

Guest Security

  • This role is responsible for protecting guest information. Rewards, payment, and identification information are included in items that should remain secure.
  • The store clerk is responsible for following all security protocols for guest/team safety.

Positive Interaction & Proactive Communication with Staff & Guests

  • The Store Clerk is responsible for positive communication with the team that maintains a supportive working environment.
  • This role is responsible for helping to foster culture in the store that services the guest above and beyond their expectations. The Store Clerk will make every effort to resolve any issues that the customer may encounter.
