Job description

About the Role:

The Promotions Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and promotional efforts within the Information and Media Services industry. This position is responsible for assisting in the development, coordination, and execution of promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team to manage promotional materials, track campaign performance, and liaise with external partners and vendors. By ensuring smooth operational support and timely delivery of promotional activities, the Promotions Assistant contributes directly to the growth and success of the organization’s media presence. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
