Title: Lead QA/ Testing Coordinator (Salesforce or Oracle)

Location: Miami, 4- 5 days/ week.

Type: 12+ months

Job Description

  • They are not leading QA Testers they will be leading testing efforts from a program level on this salesforce/ oracle transition, and they need some familiarity within those platform
  • They must have either Salesforce or Oracle testing skills
  • They should also understand ecommerce and know API’s and how integration works
  • Ideally has a Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud workflows, including.
  • Lead generation > opportunity > account > purchasing with subscriptions model with various recurring payment types
  • Understanding the sales enablement process, account management, order fulfillment, billing, and accounts receivables functions.
  • Experience with Quote-to-cash process and related functions related to sales, including the quote-to-order process. 
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration and API/integration testing
  • Should have strong Knowledge of customer journey workflows (browse → cart → checkout → payment → fulfillment), including.
  • Experience with multi-channel commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify).
  • Experience with payment gateway integrations, OMS (Order Management Systems), and inventory workflows.
  • Experience with payment source types, cancellations, returns, late payments handling processes, reactivation of product subscriptions scenarios, promo pricing, taxation elements, global retail sales (transactions and ship-to global delivery models)
  • Should understand Oracle Cloud Integration
  • Understanding of ERP workflows (finance, supply chain, HR modules).
  • Experience with integration testing between Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle Cloud.
  • Knowledge of middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization.
  • Strong ability to design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated).
  • Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM).
  • Experience with user testing around products/ skus, pricing APIs, lead generation, online retail purchasing based on subscriptions, recurring billing processes, integration points from Salesforce into eCommerce cloud and some understanding of the downstream flows to Oracle for invoicing, J/E, G/L.
