CT Technologists make a significant difference in a patient's care at ProMedica. Delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging allows providers to make informed decisions regarding patient treatment and management.

You will work with the radiologist and other members of the team to deliver high-quality care and support our patients.

In this role, you will use computerized tomography equipment by selecting proper technical factors based on age, size, weight and anatomical differences and general health status of patients.

Under the direction of a physician, you will demonstrate your knowledge and ability to administer and document contrast and IV contrast. You will also use proper radiation protection and age-appropriate immobilizers to produce high-quality CT scans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of an AMA approved radiologic technology educational program
  • Must be registered by the ARRT and be CT registered. If CT registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting the position. If performing in more than one modality and registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting additional responsibilities.
  • Must be licensed by state if applicable
  • Current CPR
