We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects exceeding $30M USD across multiple locations. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, compliance with safety standards, and flawless execution.
Lead complex, multi-site capital projects from planning through execution
Manage scope, schedule, cost, and resources with full project accountability
Develop and define Statements of Work (SOW) and technical specifications
Coordinate vendor selection, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations
Oversee and document HAZOPs, MOCs, PSSRs, SIS, LOPA, and risk assessments
Monitor milestones, interdependencies, and project deliverables
Maintain and contribute to project management tools, templates, and best practices
Communicate effectively across engineering, operations, and executive teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Chemical Engineering preferred
15–20 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills
Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale capital projects
Deep knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)
Willingness to travel up to 50%
