Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects exceeding $30M USD across multiple locations. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, compliance with safety standards, and flawless execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, multi-site capital projects from planning through execution

  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, and resources with full project accountability

  • Develop and define Statements of Work (SOW) and technical specifications

  • Coordinate vendor selection, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations

  • Oversee and document HAZOPs, MOCs, PSSRs, SIS, LOPA, and risk assessments

  • Monitor milestones, interdependencies, and project deliverables

  • Maintain and contribute to project management tools, templates, and best practices

  • Communicate effectively across engineering, operations, and executive teams


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical)

    • Chemical Engineering preferred

  • 15–20 years of proven project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting

  • Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated track record of managing large-scale capital projects

  • Deep knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM)

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
