Position: Digital Project Manager

Position Duties:

  • Possessing a passion for project management of digital development projects
  • Assisting the digital project management team with effective planning, tasking, and tracking of project work
  • Translating client requests into specific, detailed tasks and distribute those tasks through a task management system
  • Reviewing, interpreting and managing time logs for specific tasks within the project and for the project overall
  • Having active knowledge of project tasks completed compared to project timelines
  • Having active knowledge of project hours completed compared to project budgets by task
  • Managing multiple projects of diverse sizes, scopes and budgets concurrently
  • Possessing the ability to troubleshoot developer issues within a project scenario and/or know when to involve members of the account team to accomplish the same
  • Actively identifying and initiating change orders should client requests extend beyond current project scope of work.
  • Committing to learning and developing knowledge in our business space
  • Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing performance of client projects
  • Keeping all incoming project information organized and properly documented
Requirements:

Position Requirements:

  • 3 years professional experience, preferably in an web agency environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities
  • Excellent customer relations, time management, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with outstanding follow-up and follow-through talents
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Education or Training:

  • 4 year degree
