Buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Project Manager - Core Banking & Payments, con amplia experiencia en la gestion de proyectos complejos en el sector bancario, que lidere iniciativas estrategicas relacionadas con core bancario, productos de banca retail y medios de pago, en un entorno corporativo exigente e internacional.

La persona seleccionada sera responsable de la planificacion y ejecucion endtoend de los proyectos, liderando equipos multidisciplinares y actuando como interlocutor principal con los distintos stakeholders, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y estandares regulatorios.

Tus principales responsabilidades seran:

  • Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar proyectos end-to-end en el ambito de core bancario, productos retail y medios de pago.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinares (negocio, tecnologia, operaciones, cumplimiento) de entre 5 y 20 personas.
  • Gestionar el alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y riesgos de cada proyecto.
  • Ser el principal interlocutor frente a stakeholders internos (direccion, negocio, IT) y externos (proveedores, reguladores).
  • Coordinar con equipos de Business Analysis, arquitectura y desarrollo para asegurar la correcta traduccion de necesidades de negocio.
  • Identificar, escalar y gestionar riesgos e impedimentos a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Facilitar la toma de decisiones y resolucion de conflictos dentro del equipo.
  • Elaborar reporting ejecutivo y comunicar el estado de los proyectos a la direccion.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estandares regulatorios aplicables al ambito del proyecto.
  • Impulsar una cultura de mejora continua dentro de los equipos a su cargo.

Requisitos deseados:

  • Experiencia minima de 10 anos como Project Manager, con al menos 5 en el sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia demostrable en gestion de equipos de perfil tecnico y funcional.
  • Conocimiento de core bancario y su ciclo de vida (contratacion, mantenimiento, liquidacion de productos).
  • Experiencia en proyectos de productos de banca retail: prestamos, hipotecas, cuentas, tarjetas y depositos.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de medios de pago: SEPA, transferencias, pagos instantaneos, PSD2, tarjetas (esquemas Visa/Mastercard) y sistemas de compensacion.
  • Nivel de ingles C1 acreditado. Experiencia trabajando con equipos o proveedores internacionales.
  • Dominio de herramientas de gestion de proyectos: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet o similares.
  • Solidas habilidades de comunicacion, negociacion y gestion de stakeholders.

Requisitos valorables:

  • Certificacion PMP (PMI), PRINCE2 o equivalente.
  • Experiencia en metodologias agiles a escala: SAFe, LeSS o Scrum of Scrums.
  • Conocimiento de normativa bancaria: Banco de Espana, BCE, PSD2, AML/KYC, GDPR.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de migracion o implantacion de core bancario.
  • Haber liderado proyectos en entornos multinacionales u offshore.
  • Conocimientos de gestion del cambio organizacional (change management)
