The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with technical teams and government stakeholders. Experience using JIRA or similar project management and task-tracking tools is required.Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day project activities and coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
  • Manage and maintain project tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation.
  • Coordinate priorities and ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between the customer, project team, leadership, and supporting organizations.
  • Support requirements tracking
  • Coordinate with technical leads and subject matter experts without requiring hands-on technical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information is current and accessible.
  • Support planning for new initiatives, changes in scope, staffing requirements, and project priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 10 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a government, defense, intelligence, or technology environment.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience using JIRA for project, task, workflow, or issue tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
