Job description

Description

This position will support cross-functional business systems initiatives by assisting various departments and members of management with the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and user support of existing and future business systems, including platforms such as EPICOR and IMPACT. In addition, the IT Systems Coordinator will assist the General Manager and Integration Team with activities related to CMMC compliance certification and ongoing compliance maintenance efforts.


I3D contracts with CMIT, an outside IT vendor for IT support. This position is intended to provide additional support and facilitate helpdesk tickets and projects sourced to the outside vendor. 


Requirements

Business Systems Support

  • Assist departments and management teams with the use, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of company business systems, including EPICOR, IMPACT, and future enterprise platforms.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, data management, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiencies through technology solutions.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of system procedures, workflows, and user documentation.

Liaison with Outside IT Support

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and software partners.
  • Assist with technology projects, implementations, and process improvements.
  • Track CMIT support tickets, project tasks, and resolution timelines.
  • Support procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Ensure CMIT provides onboarding and offboarding technology support for employees in a timely manner.

Security & Compliance

  • Assist with user access management and security permissions.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies.
  • Assist the General Manager and Integration Team with CMMC certification preparation, documentation, implementation activities, and ongoing compliance maintenance requirements.
  • Help maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Report potential security concerns or system vulnerabilities.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software licenses; track equipment assignment and returns.


Qualifications


Required

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems coordination, ERP administration, or network administration preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows operating systems
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Active Directory / user account management
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Help desk or ticketing systems
  • ERP or enterprise business systems 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CMMC, cybersecurity frameworks, or compliance programs preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and cybersecurity practices preferred. Familiarity with EPICOR, IMPACT, ERP systems, VoIP systems, or cybersecurity tools.
  • Experience supporting compliance initiatives or regulated environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
