Responsibilities
  • Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order‑level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • The TOPM must have Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification) plus ten years of demonstrated experience with electronically stored information and electronic discovery systems.
  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
  • Must have minimum one (1) year experience with the Exterro e‑discovery platform to review and analyze data around litigation, investigations, government requests, etc.
  • Five (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) that is collected or copied from native locations in compliance with federal laws including E‑Government Act and Privacy Act.
  • Expertise in governing information pursuant to industry standards. Broad experience in the preservation of metadata.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to direct, plan and coordinate multiple project/tasks, including estimating resources, project planning, cost accounting, schedules, risk assessments, critical path method, contract reporting, and problem resolution.
  • Preferred SAFe Agile Certification.
  • Must possess IT‑II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
  • Must have a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification Category IAM Level III. Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
Highly Desired Skills
  • Five years’ experience with litigation support, Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
