Job description

Serve as the overall Program Manager responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Provide overall direction of program activities. Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.

Ultimately responsible for quality and timely delivery of contract tasks. Consult with customer to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations. Interact with leadership of other Enterprise Services (ES) private and public partners as part of an integrated ES service delivery team.

Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Support high-profile, fast paced, and high-volume Delegated Examining (DE) and Merit Promotion (MP) recruitment for the Agency.Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field; or a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity, including responsibility for day-to-day oversight, service delivery, compliance, and performance reporting

Demonstrated experience in managing contractor personnel, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to contract, and regulatory requirements.Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field; or a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity, including responsibility for day-to-day oversight, service delivery, compliance, and performance reporting.
