Project Task Manager

Sev1Tech is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Project Task Manager to join our team. As a Project Task Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, technical insights, and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides day to day direction for a group of subordinates
  2. Provides expert functional guidance to employees
  3. Interfaces with Government management to resolve problems
  4. Establishes priorities of work to subordinates based on Government goals and objectives
  5. Interfaces between Government customer and Contractor
  6. Performs other PM direct support functional roles
  7. Distribute and balance workload in accordance with established work-flows and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload
  8. Give on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices
  9. Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining improvements
  10. Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, suspenses and time frames for completion
  11. Assigns work to personnel according to workload, ability and priority of assignment and provides instruction and assistance as necessary on problems or issues
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a US Secret level clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Defense Acquisition System
  • Minimum 20 years experience with demonstrated competency in:
    • Communication (written and oral)
