Job description

Position: ERP Project Support
Location: St Charles MO
Job Description:
As ERP Project Support your responsibility will be to work within a core team to assist and implement Syspro ERP Software at Natoli Engineering. Leveraging existing SMEs, you’ll work to coordinate training sessions, information management, and data analytics to aid in the success of the implementation.
What you’ll do:
  • Work with functional user groups to develop custom solutions to fit business needs.
  • Develop Core Processes and resulting documentation to facilitate training and process discussions.
  • Test experimental procedures within ERP system and validate outcomes
  • Communicate with Executives regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Develop custom reporting documents within Syspro ERP
  • Manage technical issues with Syspro Support team
  • Learning multiple software suites supporting Syspro ERP Software and Application management.
Skills Required
  • Strong Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a field related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Equivalent training and experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Skills Preferred
  • Experience with Syspro ERP Software is a plus
  • Understanding of business best practices as well as Six Sigma, Lean and Agile Methodologies
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Report Building software.
  • 2-3 Years of ERP experience
  • 1-2 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment
