  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment 
  • Manages calendars and coordinates meetings accordingly 
  • Prepares expense reports in electronic system 
  • Prepares correspondences and presentations 
  • Orders office supplies as needed 
  • May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs 
  • Creates training schedules for BU/departments and communicates scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation 
  • Organizes and executes trainings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering 

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2 - 6+ years of office experience in a construction-related field preferred 
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
