  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Lead new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks, and task-specific training tailored to active job scopes.
  • Partner with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to identify hazards early and implement practical mitigation strategies.
  • Lead incident reporting, investigations, and root-cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are completed and documented.
  • Track and analyze safety performance metrics using ISNetworld, client compliance portals, and internal reporting tools.
  • Support client safety requirements, audits, and prequalification processes.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation including JHAs, permits, inspections, and regulatory records.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to field leadership, reinforcing a zero-injury mindset without slowing productivity or creating friction.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of safety leadership experience in commercial or industrial construction, preferably within MEP environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
  • Experience supporting multiple active jobsites across different locations.
  • Certifications strongly preferred: OSHA 500, CHST, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR.
  • Experience working in both union and non-union environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the credibility to influence field teams and operations leadership.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize field presence, and manage competing demands.
  • Must be based in the South Easton MA area.
