The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Release Management, Change Management, and Production Support within the Financial Services or Risk Management domain.
Primary Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases across development, testing, and production environments.
- Lead release planning, scheduling, deployment, and post-release activities.
- Ensure adherence to release governance, change management, and production deployment processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver releases with minimal business disruption.
- Monitor release readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track release progress, resolve deployment issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage release documentation, deployment schedules, and change records.
- Support production releases and coordinate issue resolution during deployments.
