About the Role:
Project Redirect Inc of the District is looking for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to lead and elevate our organizational performance in Queens, NY. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing day-to-day operations and driving strategic initiatives within a mission-focused organization. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage daily operational functions across all departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance and accountability
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior leadership
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control measures to maximize organizational impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies
