What is a project project manager?

Project Project managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within an organization. They coordinate teams, manage resources, set timelines, and ensure that project goals are achieved on schedule and within budget. Their role involves communicating with stakeholders, identifying potential risks, and adapting plans as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
