Associate Project Manager – ICI
Vancouver, BC
$75K–$95K
An established GC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support commercial and industrial projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This role involves coordinating project delivery, managing documentation, and supporting cost, schedule, and contract administration.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with budgeting, estimating, and quantity take-offs
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and change orders
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants
• Track costs, prepare reports, and forecast project finances
• Review invoices, issue subcontracts, and manage procurement
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance
• Support project closeout, occupancy, and warranty processes
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years’ experience as a PC or APM on ICI or industrial projects
• Experience on $10M–$50M new build or TI projects
• Strong document control and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Valid driver’s license and local project experience
