Description
JOB SUMMARY/OBEJECTIVE: A project manager is responsible for all aspects of a project from the quote stage to the completion of the of project. As our project manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily direct communication with customers & Sales Account Executives regarding quotation requests & projects in progress.
  • Plans and facilitates pre-production RFQ meetings with Production Foremen, Estimating and Management as needed.
  • Creates or modifies Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Delegation of tasks to team members; Junior Project Managers.
  • Communicates daily status reports to Sales Account Executives.
  • Creates estimates per customer requests or RFQ spreadsheets.
  • Converts estimates to jobs (work orders) and monitors projects through the production facility.
  • Sources and schedules project installations with vendors.
  • Onboard & training of Junior Project Managers
  • Occasionally overtime is required after hours and on weekends.
  • Any other related task and/or responsibility assigned by supervisor.

1. At least three years of experience in Project Management position or related field.
2. At least three years of experience in Customer Service.
3. Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
4. Able to work in an environment with some chemical odors, temperature variations, noise, dust, and dirt.
