Job description

Title: Construction Project Coordinator 
Location: Anderson, CA (100% in office)


Wilson Construction Company is seeking a detail driven Construction Project Coordinator, preferably with strong QA/QC document audit experience to support field operations across Northern California. This role is based out of our Anderson office and plays a key part in ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and project readiness on high voltage utility construction projects. 


Experience in utility construction, especially with PG&E standards, processes, or documentation, is a significant plus.


Responsibilities
•    Provide administrative and project support to Superintendents, General Foremen, and Project Managers.
•    Audit, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and utility requirements.
•    Scan, compile, upload, and electronically store project documents; maintain organized onsite and digital filing systems.
•    Support daily construction operations including crew schedules, subcontractor coordination, and documentation submittals.
•    Assist with tracking project progress through daily data entry and status reporting.
•    Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Management, Field Leadership, and Engineering teams.
•    Develop a strong understanding of project workflows and field operations with opportunities for growth within the organization.


Requirements
•    Minimum 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or document control experience; QA/QC or document audit experience strongly preferred.
•    Experience in the utility construction sector or familiarity with PG&E documentation standards is a major plus.
•    Experience with traffic control scheduling and permitting is beneficial.
•    Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF editing/scanning tools such as Adobe Acrobat.
•    Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•    Dependable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.
•    Valid Driver’s License.
•    Positive, team oriented mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed.
