Job Summary
Project Managers are responsible for successfully planning, scheduling, and executing customer implementation projects. Projects include software implementations and often consulting, training, and custom development. They will work directly with our customers and leadership from Professional Services and Development to ensure project requirements are met for scope, schedule, and cost. The role is also responsible for managing customer relationships during the implementation phase and will transfer customers to our software support team upon completion.
Responsibilities
  • Works with the sales team to understand upcoming implementation, consulting, and development timelines
  • Manages the scope, schedule, and cost of assigned services projects
  • Manages and prioritizes customer requirements for inclusion in each project's statement of work (SOW)
  • Works with development managers to stabilize project scope and deliverables
  • Manages internal functional UAT to ensure successful technical delivery to clients
  • Use Jira for development ticket tracking

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a Project and/or Product Management role
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in an asset-intensive industry (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, etc.)
  • 1-3 years in software project management/software delivery is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Project is a plus
