Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Project Manager / Cost Estimator to support RFQ proposal development, project execution, and business growth initiatives.

This role will be responsible for conducting detailed cost estimates, developing competitive proposals, and coordinating projects from kickoff through completion.

The ideal candidate will lead program management activities, drive project coordination across internal teams, and ensure schedules, budgets, and customer expectations are achieved.

Responsibilities also include managing purchasing activities, negotiating favorable supplier pricing and terms, and supporting overall project profitability.

This position will serve as a key customer-facing role by leading customer visits, building strong relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and maintaining a high level of communication throughout project execution.

The candidate will also support business development efforts by helping establish new customer relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.
