Job description

We're seeking a IT Project Manager with 8 plus years of hands-on experience leading projects in healthcare technology and software delivery environments. This role requires strong project ownership, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
  • Track progress using PM tools such as MS Project or Project Accelerator.
  • Ensure all project documentation, change control, and risk logs are maintained accurately.
  • Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates and transparent delivery practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8 plus years of Project Management experience in healthcare technology or software delivery.
  • PMP Certification (from a recognized program).
  • Strong command of MS Project, Project Accelerator, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on results and satisfaction.
