THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our Warehouse Procurement and Logistics Manager, you'll be the hub of operations, ensuring that materials move smoothly from procurement to project delivery. You'll train and lead our Warehouse Materials Manager and Delivery Driver, manage timecards and PTO, coordinate with vendors, and work closely with our Project Coordinator and Superintendent to align schedules and priorities.

From reviewing purchase orders and tracking shipments, to resolving material issues, updating price books, and keeping our warehouse running safely and efficiently-you'll do it all.

You're the link that connects vendors, staff, schedules, and materials. And when something unexpected happens (because it always does), you're the calm, resourceful expert who finds a solution fast.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Warehousing experience
  • Purchasing experience
  • Management experience

This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Some on-call coordination may be required for deliveries, including early mornings, evenings, or occasional off-hours.
