Job: Project Manager Location: Tiverton, RI Join Innovative Construction, Inc. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, delivering exceptional results while building strong relationships with our clients and project teams. If you're a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex renovation projects, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams. Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety. Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues. Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial renovation projects; hospitality renovation experience is highly preferred. Experience managing projects up to $15M+. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
