Job description

We are seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to lead project management operations for security systems projects, based out of our Chandler office. This role oversees a team of Project Managers, manages scheduling through Primavera P6, and serves as the primary point of contact for customer engagement across active security projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing security integration, access control, and CCTV projects
  • Manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accurate sequencing, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
  • Serve as primary escalation point for customer engagement, maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate across trades, subcontractors, and vendors to keep security projects on schedule and within scope
  • Review PM performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent reporting standards across all active projects
  • Oversee project financials including budgets, forecasting, and change order management
  • Ensure compliance with security industry standards, safety protocols, and company operational procedures
  • Act as liaison between field operations, PMs, and executive leadership on project status and risk items
  • Drive process improvements across scheduling, documentation, and project delivery workflows
  • Support pre-construction planning including scope development and resource forecasting
  • Proven experience managing Project Managers in security integration, low voltage, or related construction environments
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 required
  • Strong background in security systems including access control, CCTV, or intrusion detection project delivery
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with high-level client engagement
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
