We are looking for Boutique OperationsAssociatewho is passionate about providing the highest standards of serviceand will be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique.These individuals will be the experts on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools and will work closely with the boutique leaders to impart critical business knowledge.Thisrolewill be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. They will support all areas of the Boutique as needed and ultimatelyimpactingthe client experience.

  • Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimateCHANELclient experience

  • Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools to act as a resource for entire Boutique Team

  • Deliver exceptional customer service based onCHANEL's service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients, including hosting

  • Support the daily operations including opening and closing of registers, incoming and outgoing shipments, damages, stock and restock needs

  • Understand the inventory management processes
