At Renys, our Distribution Center is the heart of our operation, ensuring merchandise reaches our stores quickly and accurately. We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy staying active and working in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep merchandise moving efficiently from our Distribution Center to Renys retail locations by:

  • Sort merchandise by piece or case and organize it for store shipment.
  • Price merchandise according to company guidelines.
  • Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
  • Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for transport.
  • Split merchandise according to purchase orders.
  • Identify damaged or missing merchandise.
  • Locate products throughout the warehouse using company technology and inventory systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and facility projects as needed.

As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to receive company training to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physically demanding position. Candidates should be able to:

  • Pass a pre-employment math assessment.
  • Pass a pre-employment physical, including lifting requirements.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Stand and walk for an entire shift on concrete floors.
  • Frequently bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift from floor level to overhead.
  • Safely use rolling ladders and hand trucks.
  • Work with manual and electric pallet jacks and, after training, forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

Work Environment

  • Clean, well-lit warehouse with partial air conditioning.
  • Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:40 PM.
  • Generally 40 hours per week, with overtime available as business needs require.
  • Additional weekend hours may be required during the busy holiday season (November and December).
