POSITION PURPOSE:

The Fund Operations Team is seeking an Associate to manage the day-to-day execution of fund operations processes and will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and well-coordinated operational support across the organization. This role partners closely with internal teams to communicate time sensitive and confidential information related to product specific operational matters.

The Associate serves as a central point of coordination for operational workflows, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Tax, Marketing, IT, and Internal Audit to support effective execution and alignment. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong internal service mindset to their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities in support of fund operations and internal teams across the organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal operational requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.
  • Support core operational processes, including data management, reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
  • Partner with cross functional internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax) and external vendors to execute operational workflows.
  • Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests to ensure service levels and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and operational documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal reports, summaries, and operational metrics.
  • Support audits, reviews, or periodic reporting requests by gathering and validating required information.
  • Ensure operational activities are performed in accordance with internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • Take ownership of recurring operational processes with minimal supervision.
  • Document procedures for processes and review on a recurring basis.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, or data cleanup initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding or training of new team members as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years relevant experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • FINRA licensed is a plus.
