Job description

ADP is hiring a Director, Sales Operations - Digital Sales. Responsible for leading, directing and supporting the sales operations efforts for the BU. In conjunction with Inside Sales Leadership, implements and executes the best practices and standard operating procedures. Participates and gives feedback concerning sales issues and procedures. Acts as a Sales advocate by balancing sales' needs while managing reasonable expectations from an operations perspective. Serves as a liaison between Operations, and sales for communication and roll out of process changes and improvements. Responsible for ongoing management, uncovering operational efficiencies, and standard operating procedure development for strategic programs. This role will act as the strategic workforce planning coordinator for Inside Sales facilities. The role involves partnering with associates and leaders of all levels across Sales and Sales Operations. The associate will be deadline driven with passion and proven success in helping senior leaders succeed.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing reporting visibility and business insights across VPs and DVPs.
  • Facilitating strategic planning discussions, ROI modeling, and process improvement recommendations for DVP and VP leadership teams.
  • Assisting with territory, quota, and skew planning activities.
  • Managing recurring operational rhythms, including weekly and bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with approximately 10 VPs.
  • Coordinating and delivering complex reporting and analytics leveraging Tableau, Salesforce, Beacon, and other data sources.
  • Leading training coordination efforts across Marketplace initiatives, learning programs, and BU product enablement.
  • Coordinating critical leadership meetings and events
  • Acting as an escalation and resolution resource for cross-functional policy issues between VP organizations.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between Worldwide BU Operations and Digital BU leadership.
  • Delivering weekly operational updates and communications regarding upcoming initiatives, programs, and organizational changes.
  • This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Operations, GPT, and Salesforce support teams.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
  • Fluent in English.
  • 8-10 Years of experience with 5+ supporting sales.
  • Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
  • Recommends process improvements to drive efficiencies.
  • Experience in communicating to a sales team/audience.
  • Strong communicator, exhibiting good questioning and listening skills as well as the ability to tailor communications to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Visio and SharePoint applications.
  • Organized and flexible working style with proven ability to meet stringent deadlines and manage projects end-to-end effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior leadership
  • Flexible approach to working as part of a global team
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and on own initiative
  • Proven proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems of all levels of complexity, prioritizing critical client issues and identifying department needs.
  • Excellent oral and communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must possess the ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally.
  • Innovation and the ability to gain consensus is necessary.
  • Negotiation skills are essential.
  • Must be a strong team player as well as an individual contributor.
