Job description

At Crescent Moon Landscaping, we want to provide the highest quality product to our customer possible. Every project requires a strong leader to see a project from concept to completion. To help maintain and grow this standard, we are seeking an experienced project manager complete installation projects. As an ideal candidate, you will have an eye for details and proven success building beautiful landscapes. You will be highly skilled in all elements of landscape installation, working with customers to create their dream landscape; assign work to crews and sub contractors; working with vendors to acquire the products necessary to complete the project; familiar with reading designs and construction plans; using spreadsheets, word-processing and other project management software . Additionally, you will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Your ultimate responsibility is to increase our volume and quality of projects completed.
Objectives of this Role
  • Be the point man for landscape projects working with customers, vendors, design staff and Crescent Moon installation teams.
  • Handle all elements of landscape installation project from project planning and scheduling through quality control as project phases are completed.
  • Continue to improve and build on our project management and installation processes based on the needs of our ongoing projects, operations and installation teams.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years proven experience in landscape construction and installation.
  • Ability to read landscape design plans and estimates.
  • Excellent ability to communicate with customer, vendors, operations manager and Crescent Moon installation teams.
  • Knowledge of general software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and project management software programs
  • Basic IT skills, including setting up files on basic inhouse network.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000 - $75,000 a year salary
