Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to Project management standards and best practices.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 3 days/wk on site in our Arvada office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Coordinate and manage resources for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  • Conduct project lessons learned and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
